Before booking, you’ll want to make sure you meet Michigan’s requirements.
You must:

• Be a Michigan resident with a valid driver’s license or state ID

• Have a qualifying medical condition recognized by the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP), such as:

  • Chronic pain

  • PTSD

  • Seizures or epilepsy

  • Severe nausea

  • Cancer, glaucoma, or other state-approved conditions

  • Muscle spasms, cachexia, or wasting syndrome

• Our form is HIPAA-compliant and encrypted to protect your privacy.

• Upload a clear photo of your Michigan ID.

• Share a brief medical history, current medications, and your qualifying condition(s).

• If you have relevant medical records, upload them they can speed up approval.​

We offer tele-health appointments Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for your convenience.

• All visits are done online — no travel required.

• You’ll choose an available time slot during your intake form submission.

• You’ll receive an appointment confirmation email with a secure video link.

On the day of your appointment:

• Join your secure video call from a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera.

• Have your ID ready to show the doctor.

• The doctor will review your intake form, discuss your condition, and answer your questions.

• You’ll get tailored advice on cannabis use: our clinic often recommends edibles for patients seeking steady, discreet relief, and we’ll explain:

  • How edibles work in the body

  • How long they take to kick in

  • How to start with a safe dose

  • How to adjust dosing for your needs​

If you qualify, the doctor will:

• Complete your Medical Marijuana Physician Certification the same day.

• Provide secure instructions for submitting your application to the Michigan LARA registry.​

After your telehealth appointment, if you are approved for certification, you must submit your Physician Certification Form to the Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) to receive your official MMMP card.

You have two ways to do it:

Option 1: All-Inclusive Service – We Do Everything
When booking this package, you will fill out a secure form that collects all the details needed to create your LARA account and submit your application. Our team will create your account, upload your physician form and proof of residency, and submit your application to LARA. The $40 state application fee is already included in your package, so you pay nothing extra to the state. Once submitted, we will email you your LARA login details, including your username and a password based on your date of birth, so you can check your application status anytime. This option requires no extra steps from you and avoids the confusion of dealing with the state portal.

Option 2: Self-Service – You Handle It
We will send you a detailed step-by-step guide by email. You will create your own LARA account, upload your documents, and submit the $40 state application fee directly to LARA. This option is best if you prefer to handle the process yourself from start to finish.

Note: Most dispensaries require the physical MMMP card in hand before your first purchase. LARA usually mails it within 2 to 4 weeks of approval.

​You will not be able to purchase with just a prescription.

• LARA typically processes applications within 2–4 weeks.

• Your MMMP card will arrive by mail.

• Once approved, you can legally purchase from licensed medical dispensaries in Michigan.​
